There was a movie about this once.  And of course in the end the kids learned to appreciate what they had.  Yadda Yadda.

I'm sure somewhere into this,  it'll turn legal.  Sooner or later it seems like somebody has to bring a lawyer into the mix.  ~Sie

I think I understand where they are coming from, however, I know I would never do that...I just complain in my journal instead...

I think the parents have a right to make their kids help around the house, but I feel kinda bad for the kids. I mean, if the parents really did try all that they say they did, maybe the kids did need a reality check or something. But having reporters at their house and being in the spot-light would be kind of embarrassing. So I feel sorry for the kids. Maybe they just needed to get their asses whooped then they'd do the chores. JK

The graphic is great!  I have not read the article yet...just spent all weekend with a rambunctious 10 year old!  Whew!
