Joy To The World! (In Enthusiastic, Not Sarcastic Tone!)

The baklavas had been baked and delivered. I am making another batch for the family and the baking will be done. Hallelujah!

My hubby is home so I've been using his digital camera to snap some pics to share. I only have limited time to devote to learning the intricacies of editing, resizing and photo enhancements right now so pardon my AOL issue picture album.

As you can see on picture #6, I am done shopping. I only have to exchange a Snow Baby figurine for my hubby's aunt. I was told that someone bought the same figurine for her so I have to go back to where I bought it and exchange it (for another one that she probably have already). I am thinking of exchanging it for a gift card so she can pick her own Snow Baby.

I am going back later to beautify this entry.  I have to choose and upload graphics for it and right now I need to get started on more chores. There's no rest for the wicked, they say. I guess I am the most wicked of all because I seem to have a chore list longer than Santa's.

I love your fur babies they are so cute. Brings back to mind my dog I got when I was 8 years old for my b day. She was a shepherd collie mix. I named her Bambi becuase when she ran across our linolium floor (i twas ugly it was a rental house and boy was it old and ugle) I digress but anyway she ran and her legs went out like Bambi in the movie. I Loved that movie back then and MOm bought me the album and story book back then. I loved april showers song. Anyway she was tan and short haired. She lived to age 19 she was blind and deaf and had many tumors and had loss the use of her legs. So she had to be put down. But I Loved that dog!!!!!!!  your gifts look like mine did. you always have ONE BIG awkward box!!!!!!!  Ihad one just like that one this year. We of course are done with our gifts. NOW Hanukkah is over this year but next year the 8 days run past christmas. I dont likeit coming early really cuase its a crunch after thanksgiving. Your flowers are pretty. Where did you get tropical flowers. ????? I been wanting a flower arraangmentn BUT you know what?????????? I just hate to spend the money at the florest. I like your pics of your tree and home. Thanks for sharing them. I dont mind the aol album at all. Lori

I'm envious - baking, shopping done, and non-sarcastic enthusiasm?  Woman - you've got it all!  LOL  [I will have Christmas Cheer, I WILL have Christmas Cheer, I will have Christmas CHEER!  LOL  It's my new mantra.  :P]

Wow you are on the ball! All your shopping done, baking almost done (which I'm sure it's done by now, anyways!) we always are still shopping up until the day of the gettogether, usually. Your dogs and cats are adorable! The tree looks mah-velous!
